LIVING IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD:

§   Remember to clear the alleys to ensure street sweeper access on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month.

§   Keep red zones and alleys clear - park only in designated spaces, in your garage or on the street.

§   If you have an unwanted or inoperable vehicle, contact the Community Development Department at 517-6230, or review Chapter 8.48 of the Moorpark Municipal Code at www.ci.moorpark.ca.us; unwanted/inoperable vehicles cannot be stored within the community.

§   Privacy fences in our neighborhood are falling into disrepair. Please proactively inspect your fences and make any necessary repairs. If you wish to replace your fence, an architectural request must be submitted.

§   We remind you that water rates, which are included in your HOA fees, have risen significantly. Help us stay on budget by closely managing your water consumption.

All VPS pools have been updated to meet requirements of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Act. Additionally, all gates and fences have been repaired. IN OUR COMMUNITY:

·           Return your California Redemption Value (CRV) beverage containers to any certified recycling center, such as Tomra Recycling, behind Ralph’s Market, 101 W. Los Angeles Avenue, Moorpark, 800-266-2453, or Simi Valley Recycling, 400 W. Los Angeles Avenue, Simi Valley, 93065, 805-527-4033.

·            Do you have a pressure regulator on your outside faucet? This is a “cone-like” device with a bolt/nut on top. It allows you to regulate the water pressure in your unit. While the HOA maintains regulators for each building, you should consider adding the individual regulator if you don’t have one.

·            If you would like to set up automatic debits from your bank account to cover your monthly HOA fees, contact GM Management for more information.
