Attention:
Important Information Regarding a Change in HOA Banking
Services.
Bill
Pay Users: Action Required Before July 1st
We need to inform you about recent developments which have compelled us to move the HOA’s operating and reserve checking accounts. As you may be aware, some regional banks have recently experienced varying degrees of financial instability, including Pacific Western Bank. In order to safeguard our association's financial interests and maintain the highest level of service, we have made the decision to move the association’s operating and reserve checking accounts to First Citizens Bank. We would like to emphasize that this change will have little to no impact on the majority of our homeowners. Your account number will remain the same, and checks should continue to be made payable to Varsity Park HOA. For those who utilize the Appfolio homeowner portal to make payments, you may continue to do so without any disruption. Your existing payment method will remain intact and unaffected, and you may proceed with your payments as usual. For homeowners who typically make their payment using the return envelope provided with the monthly statement, please be aware that the return address will be different. However, we want to assure you that you need not do anything differently. The bottom portion of your statement, which you mail in with your payment, will already be updated with the new bank’s address. You can simply mail in your payment as you have always done, and it will be processed accordingly. For homeowners who make payments through their personal bank's "Online Bill Pay" feature, we kindly request your immediate attention. It is extremely important that you go online and update the delivery mailing address for your HOA payments before July 1st. This will ensure that your payments are properly received by our new bank and applied to your HOA account without any delays or complications. The new address where your payments need to be sent starting July 1st is as follows: Varsity Park HOA c/o GM Management P.O. Box 98430 Phoenix, AZ 85038-0430 We
understand that changes like these can be inconvenient, and we
apologize for any difficulties this may cause. However, we believe
that this proactive measure is necessary to maintain the stability
and security of your association's financial operations.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, we appreciate your continued support and cooperation as we navigate through these changes. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this banking change, please do not hesitate to reach out to our homeowner support team. We are here to assist you and are committed to providing you with the best possible service during this transition. Sincerely, Varsity Park HOA GM Management, Inc.
